Would not recommend! Would give 0 stars if I could! Will not be using this service again! Myself and my mum ordered food last night online for delivery at 7:30pm, I received an email to inform me my food would be with me by 8:10pm. I waited until 8:20 and I phoned them to ask where my food was and they informed me that it had left the shop and would be around 5 minutes. I then waited 30 minutes and still had no food. I then called them again to ask where my food was, the staff were extremely rude and not helpful at all. I was told that somebody came to my house and knocked on the front door, well I can assure you my living room is right by the front door and nobody had knocked. The man on the other end of the phone then said to me 'do you still need your food?'. Absolute cheek of it, they take my money and then do not bother to deliver my food or bother to contact me. I then asked for a refund because I had waited an hour and a half and had no food. He then explained to me that he would recook my food and it would be delivered in half an hour. I waited 45 minutes and still no food had been delivered, it was half 9 by this point. My mum then phoned to ask what was going on because it was absolutely ridiculous, the man was so rude and said to my mum that we were having a refund so they were not delivering our food (even though they told me they would recook it and deliver it in half an hour). He then asked my mum if we still wanted the food, we were arguing with them for quite a while, they even had the nerve to say that they do not think we should have a refund if they deliver the food because we need to pay for the food, even though we had waited 2 and half hours for it! Absolutely ridiculous! We then hung up the phone after requested a refund as we no longer wanted the food as it was late. POOR SERVICE! RUDE STAFF! ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY!

Good service food was delivered withing time given and food was very good will deffo order again .... thank you, for all staff ... xxx

Arrived at least 20 mins before due time. Very polite driver. Very tasty

Food turned up late, with wrong order. Asked for large chicken donner and got a small, large portions of chips were tiny and my PLAIN burger turned up with salad and cheese in. Chips also came with hair in. Not impressed.

Order was supposed to be here at 7.30 pm it's now 8.30pm and still waiting. I called at 8pm I was told it would be with me within 15 minutes. Now I know wby i dont bother with them anymore.
