I had a root canal treatment on a tooth deemed not worth trying to save by a previous dentist. My new dentist here did a great job, and while I have dental anxiety, his treatment was very well done compared to a root canal I have had done in the past so my nerves calmed a lot as the treatment went on. Friendly, informative and I felt like my dentist was working with me as a patient as opposed to just treating “on” me. Happy all around, and so far so good on my root canal staying, as there was little left to save!
Worst dentist around ignorant rude, time wasters just want to get rid of patients missed appointments no notification just re register you. Waiting on phone for 25 mins on phone just for them to put phone down on you go to the surgery only 1 patient in and reception girls on mobile phones laughing and joking saying phone lines busy. What a joke I don't how they gat away with it.
I've been there today and not sure about visiting here because of negative reviews of Clinic, But the moment I arrived the receptionist even help me where to park my car and come back help me with form and everyone were nice calm. Thanks A lot guys. I'll 100% recommend to all.
I went to the surgery X2 times already. Each time I was treated and advised correctly. The doctor and the assistants were very polite and helpful. I will continue to go to the surgery and will recommend anyone to go especially if you have a low income or no income. I also would ask those to wrote a bad review in the heat of the moment to think again and revise them. The doctors are doing their very best to help and advise how we can help ourselves and is up to us if we follow their advice and be on appointment on time. Thank you!
If I could have given a zero I would have, worst dentist ever. Cancels appointments and never answers the phone, rude manager too
Bad center, is it reasonable that it needs to be registered every 6 months? They do not have a doctorate, only a nurse is present. The reception staff is very bad
The dentist themselves are great however the receptionist I spoke to on the phone was unbelievably room. She was constantly asking me questions, I felt like I was being interrogated and under so much pressure. Absolutely appalling.. did not make me feel welcome at all
After 15 years of no dental appointments I was nervous somewhat about going to a dentist - I wasn’t shamed or chastised for my neglect of my teeth. Registration was easy and first appointment was arranged within a week. The reception staff are efficient and friendly and pick up the phone within a few moments. I’ve had two fillings and in both the dentist was incredibly gentle, he provided a commentary throughout so that I felt calm. I really appreciate his asking me to raise my left hand during dental work if there is any discomfort, even though I didn’t need to do it. The dentist answered any questions I had and explained in terms that I would understand. Where there were choices and decisions to be made the dentist made sure that I understood and helped me make the choice based on cost and materials or method for example I could choose silver or white filling. I feel much more motivated to take care of my teeth and so happy to have found a good dentist. I highly recommend.
I suddenly started with horrendous sickness and diarrhoea about an hour before my appointment so I called the surgery to cancel to be told by the receptionist that if I failed to attend then it would go down as a late cancellation and a fee! I don’t want to cancel as I’ve got a broken tooth and it’s causing me a lot of pain but I can’t keep out of the bathroom! I think it’s disgraceful with all this going on with covid19 and it being a possible early symptom that they still want me to go in and risk spreading either covid/ stomach bug not only to the dentist and staff but to other non expecting patients!
AVOID. The Dentist failed to notice I needed a filling on my check up! They never answer the phone and give you the wrong info. Worst dentist with utterly poor customer service. Shocking. In a climate of Covid you’d like to think an nhs dentist would understand peoples situations. Instead they remove you off the register then tell you the wrong info and patronise you.
