The teachers are excellent and very helpful. The campus is very nice and the accommodation is new. Ipswich is a great place to live. Although it took hard work, only nice memories from there.
TERRIBLE INSTITUTIONnnEasily the worst support and student services team I’ve ever interacted with.nnI had been locked out of my student email for over 3 months. I’ve sent dozens of emails to the Student Life and IT teams, most of which have been ignored.nnAfter 3 months of attempting to make contact, I finally received an email with a ‘resolution’ that did not work, at all.nnI’ve spent over 4 hours on the phone on hold today just for the receptionist to hang up on me mid sentence.nnI have missed the deadline to apply for graduation and to update my details to get my degree all because I cannot sign into my student email.nnIf you have any options, what so ever, PICK A DIFFERENT UNIVERSITY.
Great place on Ipswichs Waterfront.nParking close by, and as a fairly new university it has climbed up the rankings very quickly.nSome individual courses rank in the top 10 within the UKnI visited recently for the BME awards, which was a brilliant experience.
Absolutely terrible no support from students, and no one ever answers the phone, I’m contacting the complaints team office of the independent adjudicator, been trying to contact the university for weeks and can’t get through, my tickets on minerva are still unopened, they haven’t confirmed my registration and because of this I haven’t got my finance, even though the university has already been paid
I was studying at this university just finished my level 6 but the thing is when you need help and you contact costumer service they are very rude and not friendly at all so just because of them I cant recommend this university.
