Dear god you have to use the phone numbers they charge for, and then your kept around for ages trying to get through to them to be told well you will lose benefits because you did not contact us early enough. The booklet says you can contact us through the Web site except you cannot. If the government cannot run this one maybe that answers the question why people no longer think government are good enough to vote for. what a mess two hours on the phone when we are told no body available try again. when you try then they say you should have contacted us before now, how....
The staff are incompetent and have apologised on numerous occasions for not making payments on time as per the agreed timings. Poor training, processes and lack of empathy for people looking to find a job makes this centre look like a laughing stock!
absolutely useless never answer the phone and always apologise after the claim has been messed up
llanelli job centre is nothing but a joke and the staff don't know what there doing .
