Whoever wrote that review about the "oul doll" would need to learn a few things of their own. Details of why you were "upset" would be of help. You submitted your review on a telephone call!!! Have you ever visited the place in question? Did you take the time to properly explain what your requirements were, what you were looking for? Spelling would also help to those who may read your "review" who do not live in Northern Ireland. Take a look at the meaning of your word "heur" in French. Quite a few people are quite satisfied with their "heur"in the United Services Club.
