Appauling organisation, extremely rude and poor management. The contractors are not able to complete the works. 3rd attempt to install the kitchen work top. They arrived at 11am instead at 9am and went straight to lunch, they returned at 1pm. No dust sheets or plastic covers. No one is accountable. My advise is avoid them at all costs.
1. Requested visit re underfloor heating multiple times - no response.n2. Returned from holiday to find a card saying they had visited.n3. Called the number on the card - I could hardly hear the woman over the sound of music and shouting.n4. She said 'we don't do underfloor heating.'n5. I gave her the job number on the card.n6. She said 'that's been booked for the 21st'.n7. I asked how they were planning on telling us. She said she didn't know, she just took the calls.nKnowing this company, anyone turning up will have no skills and nothing will happen, but you have to try.nThere may be worse companies in the UK, but I haven't met them yet.
Company should not be in business. Workmen are all liars. My door has been broken for almost 3 months. Had over 10 appointments made and still have a broken door. They turn up , look at it. Promise you things and run away. No communication I’ve had someone come every week for since October and still don’t have a new door
This company should not be in business. I appreciate that they may mean well, but as a team they do not communicate well with one another which leads to silly mistakes. For example, we had picked certain tiling and flooring for bathroom and kitchen. The workman proceeds to lay the flooring for the bathroom in the kitchen. The best part of the work was the painter, she was amazing! However they replaced radiators after painting and as even I could tell, part of the wall that the previous rad covered needed painted. Another workman proceeds to paint over in the wrong shade. Would you not clarify the shade used by your colleague before doing the work? Very odd. Unacceptable. That just scratched the surface. They need a whole new team or to be shut down. If I could give -5 I would.
After having over nine years of dealing with this company through my housing association, all I could say is that there are no words to describe what I really want to say. Horrendous in every way. A child could do a better job. What I really want to ask these tradesmen is this would you be happy with that terrible job if it was your home? I actually know what the answer would be, but they still do it because they can ! After all I’m just a social housing tenant and persona non grata.
