Dont use them.
Faulty carpet laid. No replacement offered.
Rude manager. 
Expect that the usual fake corporate reviews will pop up referring to efficient manager and polite staff.

we used them for the carpet in the whole of our house and found them very friendly and fitters are efficient and professional. manager was very friendly to us and we are using them again for the final room in our house. family members have also used them and also had very good things to say. very flexible when it comes to fitting times and can keep your carpet until you are ready for them to come and fit. would recommend and use again.
