Brill customer care this morning when i popped in to get a new carpet at United Carpets.

Please stay clear there quality is not good, had a poor carpet fitted that was not cheap to be fitted short & double cut had to re call fitters out both agreed was a terrible fit but manager will not do nothing about it his attitude was terrible I am currently going through complaints at head office! Please get better quality carpet elsewhere stay clear

Excellent online and in shop service. Fitting guys were very polite, efficient and tidy, done a brilliant job of laying my living room carpet. It's been down about 2 months now and looks great. Am now in need of redoing kitchen floor and definitely intend using these guys again. I also got my carpet in the sale at half price which was a bonus and pointed out by the in sales guy at the store.

Absolutely brilliant, am so happy with the service in the shop, Sue was so helpful to us.
Yes you can get carpet cheaper elsewhere, but you get what you pay for at the end of the day!! Fitters turned up on time and had it done quickly and efficiently,  cleaned up after they had finished. Really can't fault

went in supposed to have a sale on ,i only wanted stairs and hall carpeting with underlay carpet grips and fitting and he tried to charge me £440 quid .went to stirchley carpets got exactly the same for £162 will steer well clear of united carpets in the future .
