By a far the friendliest gym owner I've come across! Really nice guy, who offers worthwhile advice. I'm working here for a few months and this was instantly the best gym in the area for me. Its a proper old school man's gym women go too! with heavy weights and people who just get on with what they're doing. Would definitely recommend
