Unique resins did a really poor job on my balcony which required sealing. They didn't seem to worry at all about levelling, resulting in the drainage hole being higher than the surroundings. The water just doesn't drain, creating "lakes" over an inch deep on large parts of the balcony. They stopped answering to enquiries phone / written, leaving legal action as the last recourse.
