We replaced all of our floors with chevron parquet from UBW. They matched the stair treads and risers for our staircase. We are very happy with the end product, the fitting was great. Unfortunately the order was a little delayed. 5 stars for the product and fitting.
A great range of parquet flooring and friendly staff. We bought some engineered smoked oak herringbone for our renovation project in London. They fitted together perfectly and made a great looking floor.
We bought 110 sq.m. of engineered herringbone parquet from UBW. We had looked for months for the right flooring and the fair price! UBW were incredibly helpful from start to finish. The order was a little delayed, but UBW offered us a discount for installation service. Fitters did a great job.
Very knowledgeable person, and Edinburgh flooring showroom has everything you would need to make a decision on a parquet flooring. Lots of large samples to view and smaller samples to take away. Very reasonable prices too!
14th december 2022 After that, I am waiting for contact, but neither contact nor refund has been received. why? ------------------- We ordered flooring from Japan in 2019, paid £7140 and they never sent the item. And our request for refund was ignored. The deadline for delivery passed and they lied to me over and over again every time I checked when the item would be shipped. The lie is something like this → production is delayed due to lack of manpower during summer vacation, shipping schedule next week, etc... I asked many times for a refund if they weren't going to send the item. They promised to return each time, but they never kept their promise. After a while, there was no reply even after contacting them, so I asked several import agents to contact them, but in the end, only time passed due to lies and ignorance. When will you refund the £7140 for the item you didn't send? I had seen a review before ordering that they were scammers, but that was a few and many others were good reviews. But this store actually scammed me and I became the victim. Everyone please be careful.
I undertook a large project to floor a new extension. We required an additional 4sqm of wood on top of the original order. For 6 months I have been chasing UBW for this delivery. It has been an effort to get any response and when I have it has been explained as production issues, which they have no control over, transportation from Lithuania which they have no control over or UK distribution challenges. My new floor looks great, but I stare at the 4sqm of plyboard and want to cry in frustration.
After ordering some samples from the website and seeing how they would look in our home, we decided to go for the ash engineered wood flooring. I am extremely pleased with the results. Unique Bespoke Wood were extremely helpful and customer focused right from my initial sales enquiry through to the install. The quality of their work is fantastic and after refurbishing my living/dining area their work is positively commented upon by everyone who visits my home above everything else. In addition to the high quality work, I thought their pricing was fair and competitive. I'd highly recommend this company.
I recently had unique bespoke wood round to lay their oak engineered wood flooring and I can honestly say what a brilliant job they have done! The guys who carried out the work were excellent! They arrived at the time arranged, they were friendly and wasted no time in getting the job done to a super high standard. They tidied up before they went and took all of their mess with them. Couldn't have asked for a better job I am constantly admiring my new floor. My home now looks like something from a magazine! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to others!
