Weird atmosphere I store with customers complaining, guards being overly watchful. BE WARNED buying on line is worse! Firstly, no emails/comms your goods are ready you have to contact them. They only keep a week, but if you don’t get told the good are ready what do you do?’ Then a terrible policy of ‘no returns for online orders in store’, so you have to pay to return an item per item yourself at post offices/printing labels. So for low quality it is btw, terrible quality or does not suit its just appalling. I can just about understand if it’s via post only- but a return I store?! I wanted to buy more but would just rather take my business elsewhere. Shop policies like this are killing high st stores.

Had a really pleasant experience in this store a couple days ago. Ace and Arun looked after me in store and helped ensure I left with some quality items. Fantastic customer service, and both these men are an asset to the team
I recently visited your store, and unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience. From the moment I entered, a security guard followed me closely, which made me extremely uncomfortable. It felt invasive and disrespectful, as if I were being unfairly targeted. I was simply wearing a cap, and I find it offensive that your security seems to assume that anyone wearing a hat might be a shoplifter. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. I want you to know that I have been a loyal customer for years, with numerous Uniqlo items in my wardrobe. However, after this experience, I will no longer shop at any Uniqlo. You've lost a valuable customer
Lovely shop, well laid out. Bright and cheerful interiors. Friendly and courteous staff. Functional clothing at realistic prices. Great for cold weather clothing. I bought three Heattech vests here. They have a good kiddies selection too.

I recently visited Uni Qlo Wimbledon to handle a sizable online return. Turns out, they only offer exchanges for online purchases in-store. While I found this a bit unexpected, I decided to look around to make an exchange. However, my original order was in two heavy bags, making it quite a task to shop around. I asked one of the staff members if I could place my bags somewhere safe while I browsed, and she declined without giving any alternatives. It was clear she was more focused on her phone than assisting customers, which honestly made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Thankfully, another employee by the changing rooms noticed and offered to keep my bags nearby. I really appreciated that gesture and even ended up purchasing about £200 worth of items. But, given my initial interaction, I'm reconsidering my choices and might just prefer online shopping next time. It'd be great if all staff members were as helpful and attentive as the guy at the changing rooms.
Staff were more interested in chatting to each other and the selection of items isn’t very good. Stick to the Kingston branch
