Royal park flats is one of the most affordable postgraduate accommodations offered by Unipol. It offers value for money while still maintaining comfortable living conditions for occupants.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the Unipol Housing team, especially Joseph, for their exceptional assistance in helping me find a suitable property. Joseph was incredibly responsive and attentive to my questions, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the support and guidance provided during my search for accommodation.

Unipol were great landlords. Very accommodating. Very quick to fix things that needed fixing. There were some minor issues with cleaning at the start of the tenancy. Mainly my room wasn’t that clean but it is possible that the tenant had moved out the day before. Other than that very good.

Easy to book for international students. I was able to book before moving to the UK. Had a major issue with washer/dryer and it wasn’t replaced until a week before tenancy ended. Internet was also an issue and made assessments stressful. Other than those issues I would recommend Unipol if you don’t mind sharing house.

I thought the accommodating itself was really nice and I loved the like communal events and I think they did a lot to make you feel included and I genuinely would say this was the best Leeds Beckett accom from my experience of visiting other accommodations that my friends had. I thought it would’ve been a bit more helpful if the reception was there more often if I’m being honest and my personally experience was brought down a bit because my flatmates weren’t the greatest if I’m being honest.

I and my family have had an excellent experience with Unipol student homes. The great team is always there and responds quickly when ever we need assistance. We are enjoying our stay in Leeds.

Rented directly with Unipol for 2 years, overall would recommend to others. Property is overall very good, with some small maintenance issues but these are quickly resolved by Unipol. Access to other Unipol facilities has also been very useful, and the rent is very affordable for a student let.

Mill Street is such a good option for uni students, especially in their first year, as it provides great security so you know you’re safe when moving away. The facilities are excellent, and include a gym and music practice rooms. Overall it’s a very clean, friendly, and safe place to live, and I would highly recommend it.

Great student accommodation provider, we are the first batch to stay in a new accommodation, not disappointing at all! Great environment, prompt in solving issues. Altho a few tweaks here and there, but overall, good!
