Overall good car park, but very confusingly each level has a sign saying ‘up and exit’ and another saying ‘down and exit.’ Ashamed to admit that I spent a minute or two driving in a loop between two floors before I realised that there was another ‘exit’ sign!
Park on the top floor, it's outside.This allows a deep intake of breath before entering the urine infused lift. Once I realise I had descend to hell, I was actually glad to get back in it and get out of smelly Torquay as quickly as possible.
Was a tad confused as we believe the signs said closed 7:30pm-7:30am and due to the mall entrance closing it made us 3 minutes late - called the number and security sent someone out to open up so we could get our car out! Thank you so much for rescuing two silly visitors, very grateful to the kind gentlemen that went out of their way to save us and didn’t grumble at all!! Brilliant service, need more people like this in the world!!
Handy for town wouldn't park there at night
Handy for the shops but the state of the lifts = shocking. Buttons missing, broken doors on certain levels. The fact the yobbos have nothing better to do is a shame. A bit more CCTV and maintenance wouldn't go a miss. Good pricing for parking and location.
