Had used once before and they were great, but wanted to post a review due to their excellent service during the recent poor weather. Like many, we had an issue with our boiler during the snow and cold. Had an immediate response to our emergency phone call, and very polite receptionist was able to book guys in for us on that very day. They managed to get to us, despite numerous other calls and the poor state of the local roads. A quick fix had us up and running, and they returned to make good once the weather had improved at no additional charge - even phoning us to advise delaying this, on account of renewed poor weather forecasts. Polite and helpful from everyone involved. Couldn't be happier with the work done and especially the levels of customer service.

Have been using Union for a few jobs recently: they are very professional, have very good communication. I've been very happy with the service and would recommend them. 

Particular thanks to Richard who came out yesterday and got our heating running again.

Very Disappointing.  We knew the quote for the boiler repairs was too high but felt they were ripping us off . Saved £400 on what they quoted us for a simple replacement water pump. Please beware of this sort of sharp practice always get a couple of quotes. It was not just the water pump it was the whole job quoted over £400 we got the job done for lower than £100 including the water pump. It is the same company UNION Plumbing and Heating Huddersfield. Guy called Oliver and lady called Louise office number. Please note this is not a fake review as stated by the owner. If any body needs help I can provide the quote this company provided.

Our experiences with Union have been fantastic. We called them out twice now, firstly a week ago when water was pouring through our kitchen lights! Richard found the leak within minutes and fixed it for just the call out charge.

Unfortunately for us the leak had got into our boiler too and, given it was very old, we decided to get a quote for a new boiler. We knew this was going to be a large job as the house we bought has an old 'Open Vented' system with an immersion tank in the bathroom and an expansion tank in the loft that would both need removing.

Thankfully Union Plumbing came to our rescue within a couple of days. Their quote was reasonable and thanks to them bringing an army of workers they got the whole system converted in a day! My only regret is that I didn't have enough water to keep them supplied with cups of tea!

I contacted Union when my boiler failed and started leaking water. To be fair it was 20 years old ! The guy from Union was really helpful and came out in the evening on an emergency call and tried valiantly to fix the boiler. Unfortunately it had too many problems and had to be replaced. Union came out the following morning and replaced the boiler with a brand new Viessman. Fantastic service. Got me out of a tight spot and all at what I know is a very reasonable price. 5 Stars !
