Hats off to Jamie and the amazing team at Unilet. I went in on Wednesday, with a sad old amp and a few questions about turntables. Four and a half hours later, I left with some amazing new kit, including ATC speakers that look too small to be so good. How time flies when you are in the company of experts, and surrounded by great kit. Big thanks to Jamie. Highly recommended store, technically and in terms of customer service.
There isn’t really anywhere like this that I know of in the UK, such a wide range of Hifi and headphones that you can demo in a super relaxed environment. Massive shout out to Joe who spent a good part of his morning guiding me to a new pair of headphones which are absolutely mind blowing.

First went to Unilet to demo some high-end headphones from their unparalleled range and was very impressed with their customer service. Have returned many times since to explore their other hi-fi kit and I’ve been more than happy with everything I’ve bought. Jamie is always very patient, highly knowledgeable and gives great advice as well as making a lovely cuppa!. Wouldn’t go anywhere else to try and buy good quality hi-fi.
I've been a customer of Unilet off and on for over 20 years. Always great service, knowledgeable and helpful staff, and never regretted any of my purchases. Bought everything from cables to speakers, processors, power amps and more. Recently had a demo of some PMC speakers. Everything ready when I arrived as planned. Enjoyed listening to three different pairs. Having had different PMCs before from Unilet, I've ended up having a change of brand which unfortunately, Unilet were not able to offer, but they recommended another local dealer who could help. Sorry I couldn't buy this time, but thank you for your help team! They offer some really excellent deals on HiFi and home cinema, so make sure you give them a try. Highly recommended.
Great little hidden away shop to service all your Hifi / audio needs in New Malden. Hidden down an alley on the other side of the road close to Waitrose on the High Street. Super friendly and helpful.

I have recently purchased the Focal Utopia headphones and Chord Hugo 2 amp/DAC from Unilet. I mostly dealt with Phil, though also spoke to and met other members of the team during the sales and after sales process. The whole buying experience was seamless and a real pleasure. I was allowed as much time as I wanted/needed to listen to the equipment and alternatives and there was no pressure whatsoever to buy. When I decided that i was going to buy, we went through it all in a relaxed and technically informative way - I am no expert ! At the end of this, I ended up with the right products and feel I have all the back up help and service i need should i hit any further techincal difficulties. The sound from the Utopia/Hugo2 is amazing - yes it's expensive, but it is justified. The service was 10/10 - so a huge thanks to Phil :
