I had my nose pierced today, as a very nervous person but wanting it done for years I'm so pleased i picked this place, both the ladies in the shop were lovely, the lady who did my nose was so friendly I instantly felt relaxed. Will recommend to others.
Switched out three pre-existing piercings each were pierced in another studio. All three were perfectly fine; i just wanted to switch things up. The ball we put on my medusa piercing fell off a day later, couldn’t find it anymore. My helix piercing is now massively inflamed and my conch piercing now fell out as well. I paid around £35 for that, and i’m really upset at this point. The people there were super nice, other than that i’m really unhappy and have to go back to my other piercer to let her fix this mess.
I had my nose peirced here a few years ago and decided to come back for my septum, they made me feel at ease and are so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend if you considering a piercing or just a cute jewellery upgrade
Not very loyal to their loyal customers. My Stepdaughter has spent a lot of money in this shop with piercings and jewellery. She had an appointment booked but had to cancel due to work commitments, but tried getting an earlier appt first, then rang back an hour later to ask if her original appt was still available and was told it wasn’t, so she lost her £30 deposit. But then saw online her original appt was still actually available, so she rang, but was told she could have the appt if she paid another £30 deposit…. Where’s the loyalty in that Unikorn….?!
Love this shop, it's got loads of great bits inside especially if you're on the more alternative side of life. They do a good selection of hair colours and offer piercing. Piercing studio is downstairs and very well kept, I've had several done here and the staff are lovely
Had my nose pierced here and they were really friendly and professional. Paris did an amazing job, was so patient and made sure I liked the result and knew how to look after it. I arrived for the piercing without an appointment and only had to wait 30 minutes on a busy day. Lovely shop too
The lovely Beth did a couple of piercings for me and could not have been more relaxing. Clean and bright basent studio nice and quick and almost pain free.
Staff are the friendliest, had a couple of my most recent piercings here by Saskia & Beth, who were absolutely amazing : Recommend to everyone looking to get piercings in the Hitchin area!
My daughter recently had her ears pierced here. Service is excellent. They have a surgically clean private room for piercings. Amber who did my daughter's ears was very kind and friendly and took her time to make sure it was done perfectly. They also offer follow up advice and care. Definitely recommended!
Very professional, skilled and knowledgable staff and extremely clean and private piercing studio. Good aftercare advice given. Bookings recommend at the moment as they can get busy. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
