If, as a parent, you're already feeling flustered buying uniform for your children from different stores, then this store will definitely provide you with a service that will guarantee to leave you feeling even worse than before!! There is zero help on the shop floor, you get sideward glances. The ladies at the till prefer to natter to each other and leave you standing there looking like an idiot! Zero customer service, cold attitude from staff, please avoid! Shop at Clive Marks.
Great service from the staff at the Scott Arms shop. Called this morning for last minute jumper and polo for school which they had in stock lifesaver!! Very helpful and polite :
The worst customer service I have received!! I ordered my daughters jumpers for school. When I went down to collect 1 week later I was told they will not be in stock for several weeks. I pointed out I was not aware of this and was not sent any information that I would have to wait so long. I asked where it started the waiting times on their website or my order? I was told it doesn't but because "jumpers are not essential for my daughter's school it is not made priority!!! No apology for inconvenience just faced with a rude and ignorant sales assistant named JANICE!!!!! Please be aware when entering this shop
Very nice helpful staff. Rang for advice, ordered items and will be collecting as soon as I'm notified of delivery. They have most sizes available in store.
Rude! Staff I went in to this shop today after getting a txt to say collect asap.not to mention I had to wait over 4 weeks for my child's jumper, I was served my a black woman who spend ten minutes going through bags and bags of jumpers I could hear her moaning I said it's a blue jumper trying to be helpful because she was looking at the bags with red jumpers.finally she goes I have it.I asked politely if it was a size 28 and she replied aggressivley well if that's what you order.and literally threw the bag on the counter .I was horrified and shocked on how badly I was treated.horrible women to top it off her colleague was standing there at the till. If this is not taken to the head office I will be reporting it myself. Especially reading the other reviews too.
Can't rate this shop enough. Brought all my uniform for my daughter, but then her school changed and they were really helpful and sorted out a refund no problem. Then had issues with sizing for my other daughter but the staff went above and beyond to help sort it all out. I see a lot of bad reviews on here but they have been extremely helpful throughout
I made an online order on the 25th of August. I did not receive my item. I phoned to the shop and there was a very incompetent lady, she could not give me answer for simply questions like when I will receive an item for my child? She could not even give me any information at all about delivery. They taken money from online orders and they do not want take a responsibility for a delivery ..Complete lack of professionalism.. I want my money back !!!!
The older lady on the till was no help at all ! I asked to order three jumpers 4/5 years and she told me that dont sell that size. The size guide on the that was shown to me by another member had the size I wanted.The rude older staff member told me ignore the size guide because it was wrong. She didn't listen to a word I said to her and the faces she was pulling was out of order. She told me to go poundland for my sons school trainers. She should not be working here !!!
Just been to buy a cardigan for my daughter who starts reception. This is my 1st time buying a school uniform so I had lots of questions to ensure I was buying the right items. The service off the older lady was absolutely shocking. Every time I asked a question the answer was followed by some sort of face pulling and a attitude tone from her. I brought the item with gritted teeth as I want my daughter to have at least one branded item for school. Wont be going back. Like the lady said I could just go to asda or somewhere. Rude and shocking!!!
Ordered my daughters jumper was told I will have it in couple of weeks but have not received no text or anything quick to take my money and been there to the shop told me it will be there Friday but still waiting as been more than a month now will be going again to the shop if jumper not there will ask for refund really ridiculous service as customer don't even get a text or any kind of notification that jumper gonna be late or has not arrived will be giving a peice of mind today well angry so beware guys do not go there
