"We are a one of small group of independent Hamburger restaurants. We first opened in Brighton 1971 when we were the only place to get a real hamburger in the south. Today we have 12 sites and still make the best burgers and veggie and chicken meals you can buy. We start cooking only when you give us your order. Nothing is made and kept in a hot box – everything is freshly cooked. I came here unexpectedly, and did not of what to think. The burgers were coming out fast and I almost got a cheeseburger. But I was just the for milkshakes..they only have four flavours toffee, strawberry, chocolate and vanilla. I had the vanilla dn my friend the strawberry.it was super thick and tasty. Just the way I liked.my dog had no issue it's disabled friendly and the staff were very friendly...I am definitely coming back for burgers and onion rings.
The garlic burger is by far the best for me! Good portion size and very quick. Food is hot, and good value. Vegetarian options: Good choice of vegetarian and some vegan burgers.
Best Chilli Cheeseburger in the UK. I always buy a tub of their amazing chilli sauce for my freezer...Food: 5/5
This place is legit. Don't understand how anyone would queue down at McDonald's when they have this on their doorstep. Consistently great.
Food was great and good portion sizes. Also I left a note to say for the driver to leave my food outside as I’m sick and they wrote ‘get well soon’ on my food bag. Thanks so much, defo 5 stars from me :
Always good but often far too busy. Gotta love the shakes and their garlic mayo is INSANE!
Always cooked to order both hot and fresh with great shakes! If we think of getting a burger these guys are always high on our list. Thoroughly recommended.

Usual uncle Sam's just needs to a bit of refresh in its decor looks really dated now, the milkshakes just aren't as good as they were years agoFood: 4/5
You can get Apple Pies here. Becuase they are franchised, not all the Uncle Sam's stores sell apple pies. Always cooked fresh so they will be hot, even after driving 5 miles back home it was still hot enough to cause ouchies. Parking: Free limited on street parking available
