This was my first time visiting and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. I got a perfect blow dry—exactly what I was hoping for! The attention to detail and care they put into the service really stood out. I left feeling confident and refreshed. I came in for a consultation with Alice on 1/04 and was warmly welcomed by her and another lovely lady in the salon, who I believe may have been the owner. It’s the little things—the human connection—that make all the difference, and I felt instantly comfortable and reassured that I’d chosen the right salon, especially after travelling from afar.nnA few days later, I returned to have my hair done by Yaz on 4.04. She was truly one of a kind. Not only did I love my hair, but Yaz herself was the most beautiful person inside and out with the kindest and coolest personality. I was there for 5 hours I believe … enjoyed every minute.nnI won’t be looking any further . this is now my salon of choice, even if it is 40 minutes away!
On arrival, always made to feel welcome with a drink. Kerri cuts my hair which is short and throughout the years, I’ve left many hairdressers unsatisfied with despair and trust it will grow out. At last Kerri confidently and skilfully cuts and styles my hair and I’ve left a very happy customer after each visit. A lovely team and pleasure to visit. Keep up the excellent work team.
Alice colours, cuts and styles my hair so well.nI always feel like a new woman when I leave the Salon. All the Team at Kerri Clarkes are friendly and make each visit a real pleasurable experience.
Yaz was lovely and gave me exactly what I needed and wanted! Very informative on exactly what it is she is going to do to get me to colour I wanted, which is what I needed. Massage chair when getting your hair washed was the ultimate relaxation. Thankyou again
