I had my early 6 weeks reassurance scan with Vicky yesterday. I must say, this has been the best experience ever compared to my past pregnancy scans. Vicky was receptive and listened to me very politely. She was not at all in a hurry. I was provided with a USB with images and a video recording of the scan and heartbeat. I could not have asked for anything more. Its worth the money spent. The space is very clean and the staff makes you feel welcomed! I will be returning for more scans as my pregnancy progresses! Highly recommended!
After reading other reviews, I decided to bring my 7 week old son here to have his tongue tie procedure. It was a 1.5 hour drive to and from, but was completely worth it. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made a calm environment for my baby, he hardly cried. We weren’t rushed and I felt well informed on what was going to be done at every step of the way. So far, the procedure has been such an amazing change for my baby, it’s made him a lot more content and feeding easier.
Had surgery here yesterday. Everyone was fantastic and I felt more than comfortable in the consultants care. I was told step by step what was being done. Nice to see they didn’t rip me off too with their prices. A happy customer
I attended here today to see Miss Pradam. I can honestly say she is probably the nicest, most reassuring, compassionate and caring doctor that I have ever seen. She spoke to me about my concerns and spoke to me step by step whilst doing my scan. I cannot speak highly enough of her, please please if you have any concerns, go and see her, its worth every penny. The reception staff are lovely and kind. 5 star first class service.
I had my very first scan there in November. Lovely, relaxing atmosphere. Staff very accommodating.
I went here for a few ultrasounds throughout my pregnancy, including a 6-week early pregnancy scan, reassurance scans, and a 4D scan. We also got the Panorama test and a few PCR tests last summer for travel!. Davide is just amazing at what he does, lovely “bedside manners”. Like many mums, I had anxieties and concerns throughout pregnancy and going to Mums just added that extra reassurance, along with a bit of self-indulgence the 4D scan!. It’s a friendly, professional place, and I feel lucky we live not too far away to have been able to go here for their services.
Nice environment and professional and friendly staff. Dr Pradhan is a brilliant gynaecologist and takes time to explain everything and make sure your comfortable. Would highly recommend MUMs to anyone.
Couldn’t recommend this place enough!!! Dr Predan is a brilliant gynaecologist who did an amazing job doing a coil fitting and did a follow up appointment coming into the clinic just to see me. Lovely environment and wonderful staff. I will be coming here for all future appointments!
We have now had 2 foetal scans at MUMS along with a HARMONY blood test. The service is excellent and staff are very welcoming and friendly. Appointments occur on time and partners/spouses are allowed to attend. The quality of the service is so much better than what is currently available in the NHS. We are going to be booking additional scans for reassurance because the quality of the service has been so good. I am a hospital consultant myself and can vouch for the excellent facilities and staff here.
The reception staff were very kind and welcoming and ensured we had all we needed while we waited. I then had a 4D scan at 28 weeks with Dr Davide Casagrande and I can honestly say he is the most kind, reassuring and thorough health professional I have come across during my pregnancy so far. My little one was diagnosed with bilateral talipes and since finding out the pregnancy has been quite a roller coaster, upon my first visit to MUMS, the history of my pregnancy so far was explained to Dr Casagrande and he was just purely amazing. He really helped me feel at ease as I was quite anxious but he was so patient and informative and we left there feeling like a weight had been lifted. He really took his time to ensure all was well with baby's growth etc and got some incredible images. He then ensured he made space to fit us in with himself for another appt 1.5 weeks later to try for 4D images as baby was in the wrong position on this day. We can't thank him enough and I would highly recommend to anyone, especially if you need the extra reassurance and compassionate manner.
