I cannot praise this company enough!!! Charlie  is an absolute diamond. I was really struggling to find a belly pan for my 2006 aprilia tuono and he had one  we exchanged a couple of emails and phone calls and I was shocked to receive my parts at about 10am the next day. Outstanding customer service from Charlie and delivery was super fast!!!! I'll definitely be using this company for any other bits and bobs I need  thanks again Charlie

Used to be Yorkshire Aprilia and the staff used to be very helpul.  The new owners at Ultimate Parts are rude and unhelpful.  After being a customer for 6 years I ordered 10 items for £100 but told them I would confirm the order the following Monday. Over the weekend I found that the 2 most expensive items I ordered were available for half the price elsewhere, the other items were only a little more expensive.  So I called them to cancel the 2 most expensive items but through loyalty would still order the other 8. The owner there was so rude and hung up on me, so I told them to cancel the whole order and I will be buying my parts from one of the many other suppliers out there.  Don't waste your time with these over priced fools

Had a nice chat with Martin, who was very informative and forth coming with info about my rsv factory. And as for price all i can say is you get what you pay for, I would recommend them to anyone.

Have used these guys for many years. very informative and helpful on the phone. Never had a problem with them.

Never buy it from here if you are outside UK. They take orders but never ship or pretend shipping to foreign buyers. This shop is not a legitimate entity to foreign buyers.
