A reasonable selection of equipment, which is in acceptable condition. They have a few classes each day and allow personal training. The staff are really polite and helpful. Price is the best feature and represent good value.

Great local gym, it has everything you need for whatever goal you have. Great price. Would be great if it was open until ten, or open earlier.

Just joined this gym after a terrible experience at a puregym.  My motivation is back!  Excellent equipment and plenty of it!  The staff are friendly and happy to help.  New additions in the pipeline sound really good.  Perfect gym if you enjoy lifting decent weights!  Also cardio machines available.

my son is seeing a personal trainer here .for army training. the gym and trainers are exceptional .dont like to give 5 stars out .but this gym deserves 5.just been back to start using the gym for myself.staff are great help .thay are starting spinning classes soon great stuff
