I was overcharged for my dry cleaning. I gave 1 suit at £8.75 then 2 suit blazer £12.50  and 4 suit trousers £22 total £43.25. I explained a suit is made of a blazer and pair of trousers. She did not change the price as i should have been charged for 3 suits and 2 trousers she overcharged me by £6. They do not understand the concept of a suit. I don't mind paying the £6 extra but the  women was so rude and told me a suit should be matching. What i fail to understand is that they must dry clean a matching suit to a non matching suit differently, as the cost is significantly higher.

Picked up suit. Didnt check it straight away but came to ware it didnt look as if it had been cleaned. There were double press marks down the trousers. Cannot recommend them at any price.

I rang up at 5.04pm and the lady said were open until 5.30,so I raced from coseley and arrived at 5.28 only to find the shutters were already down.not impressed
