I had to sort business in Ulster Bank Lurgan branch. Fiona McStravick was fantastic at helping me sort everything out!! She took time out to call the next day to ensure everything was ok, she did this of her own accord and was very much appreciated
Sent to branch by online staff to complete transaction. Branch closed pm despite website saying open. Back next day and told no face to face transactions! Totally understand but please tell the customers
Always a queue never enough staff. Don't think I've ever seen more than 2 cashiers even at peak times.
Brilliant bank and staff. nothing is ever a problem.
Please be advised that temporary opening hours of 10:00 to 3:00 will be in place between 30/11/2020 to 11/12/2020.
Never no staff on. kept waiting for ages.
