UK Plaster show a selection of our plaster products, from Cornice, Ceiling Roses, Dado Rails, Archways and much more.All products illustrated on our site are Traditional hand made plaster products using Traditional methods, and linking these with today's skills & moulding methods available, showing the Quality of finish, crispness of detail and undercuts that are achieved using high Quality silicon rubber and glass moulds.

Formed and fabricated in house by our own Craftsmen. We have taken our Company to the forefront and set a new Standard for the Industry.

Manufacture an exact Reproduction of your existing Plasterwork can make almost anything out of plaster. Custom made mouldings in fibrous plaster, for DIY and trade installations.

A really mixed experience. The Good - actually Brilliant - Peter the delivery driver - deserves a medal - he was amazing making sure we got our coving for builders despite being set a schedule that even a time traveller would have struggled with. Such a lovely lovely gentleman too - rang with updates as promised. Cannot say enough about how he goes above and beyond to address reputational damage caused by the appalling customer service from office. He deserves 5* The good - quality of products was good and as described. Competitively priced. Easy to navigate website with lots of choice. The bad - placed order and had confirmation of delivery within 7-10 days. Fantastic. Then problems started with trying to confirm delivery to ensure somebody in to receive it. Was told put on van for today but couldn’t guarantee today and if it wasn’t today it would maybe a week Fri. I then asked to speak to a manager and could hear some v unsavoury language and comments which were attributed to a “new young lad in office” for whom they didn’t have a name. Manager off site so I asked for said manager to ring at 1.15pm or 5.30pm as if I didn’t have order I would want a refund and to discuss comments I had heard - surely no company would want customers being spoken about in a way that is unacceptable and there were clear training needs wrt scheduling / responding to customer requests for updates etc. Suddenly I was being asked if the manager could ring me in a few mins if he were to be in the office. Bizarre!!! However I had a meeting so couldn’t. I was promised call at above times I didn’t receive promised call but tbh I didn’t think they would call. Customer service and feedback not something they seemingly value. Would I use the company again? No. I would though highly recommend Peter who ensured a happy outcome despite companies best attempts to derail our building work.

Excellent service, a section of cornice came down in my front room, rang UK Plaster and they where able o supply me with an exact match within a week.

Rang to order cornice, was told be ready in 5 days. 5 days later ring up, cornice not ready, be another 2 days as it takes a few days to make as its a 'tricky' mould (a load of rubbish, casting 2 lengths of cornice is an hours work) Asked if i could collect Friday morning, was told Friday lunchtime. So i agreed to collect then. Friday morning, i ring at 9 to check its ready, no answer, continue to ring for the next few hours...no answer. Just a message saying they are closed...Needing the cornice for the afternoon i decided to drive up from liverpool to collect the cornice...they are open,...and im greeted by 3 guys sat around to be told "oh didn't anyone tell you, we do not make this cornice anymore, we don't have a mould for it...we can order it from another company " So they left me a week, knowing from the moment i called that they could not make a cornice they claim to have. Wasted my day and i let a customer down who i was installing it for. I run my own cornice company in liverpool and only went for the cornice as it was to match what a customer already had installed, they needed a length due to alterations in the room so to save on costs of me setting up a mould to match i found someone who had it. Ended up having to let my customer down, re arrange fitting for another day and i had to drive to sheffield to collect it(which the company i dealt with were fantastic) Would not use them again, shocking service and clearly not all that aware on how to do the job.

A nice product for a decent price, but not well organised. I placed an order, was told it was ready, took time off work to collect it, and when I arrived they'd sold my order to somebody else. No "customer service" effort at all.
