I must say, I was absolutely blown away by the service provided by the hunks that paraded the building. A kind gentlemen stood outside smoking one of those cigarettes kindly prompted that i must press a button in order to get the attention of the ravishing man in reception. Once this part of my escapade to Tewkesbury was complete I was asked for my ID and I showed the email. The kind man explained that they would only need the postcode on my license!  How easy! I was told to take a seat and that he would appear soon with my very anticipated parcel. Time did fly i must say! I must! And who would have thought that it was indeed very soon that the (ravishing) gentleman returned with my parcel where i signed and left using my Suzuki Swift automobile. 

Overall I believe the process was made fluent and easy by the employees of UK Mail and I am appalled by the general public's attempt to slander such hard working admirable men.

Why on earth are these clowns still in business? "we deliver"... What a joke. Every time see their dreaded calling card I get annoyed. The last time they put a piece of paper through my letter box on three consecutive days, but no parcel. They apparently can't read a massive sign on my door saying to leave it with a neighbour .And my cctv shows them just getting back in the van.
Their help desk puts the phone down on you, or promises things they can't do. 

Their website doesn't recognise their own consignment numbers or references. 

They don't deliver in evenings or weekends
And their depots are miles away !

Please avoid at all costs. I'm guessing they offer suppliers cheap service?
Just don't  I would pay more for delivery than hope for the best with this lot.

This courier is the worst ever service I've ever experienced. The driver was instructed 4 times to leave the parcel with a disabled neighbour who is always at home, as we work, we still don't have our parcel after four attempts, we ordered another item from Poland that wasn't due until 4th Jan 2018, even that arrived before our UK Mail parcel. 20 calls to customer service, getting cut off every time. Did manage to get a human twice who assured us that parcel would be left with neighbour. IDIOTS. Even Royal Mail do better than these Fools

I came home from work to find my new neighbours who have yet to move in.  The house is empty no curtain    I just couldn't believe what i was seeing.  The parcel had been placed  on the path by the gate anybody could have taken it .   It was was a good 10ft way from the Front door   It looked like the person who delivered it had just thrown it from his van window . They did not walk the path to the front door.   Say secure location or neighbour. Think thats deliver info. Which has been ignored. Will try and ring but from the posts I have read dont look like it going to be a good experience. I just hope i never get anything delivered from these people

Well I can see I'm not alone in giving such a poor review. Firsty you don't deliver, then you deliver both items damaged to the extent they are unusable. Then trying to arrange pick up is a joke, I've had to take 3 days off work because you lie and lie again about when collection will be. You even lie to the account holder who cannot get any firm information out of you either. If I had a van I'd drop the goods off myself to your depot to do your job for you again as I keep having to ring to sort the collection out as your staff are incapable. Disgusting service.
