The worst delivery company in Britain. UK FAIL! No customer service whatsoever. Absolutely the pits! Drivers are incompetent, rude, unrepentant, disinterested, surly and lazy. If any business you buy from suggests they might ship your order with UK Mail, threaten to cancel. Retailers can ALWAYS offer an alternative delivery service. Don't give up your time and effort (and money) to keep this awful, ineffective service afloat.

This is the worst delivery system I ever had the misfortune to use. I bought a computer from Dell Uk and they told me it was sent by UKmail system. There was an attempt to deliver the package to correct address on: 27/09/17 without any warning regarding the date or hour. I was not at home and the delivery personnel from UK mail left a Card. I have since been trying to track the parcel through UK mail tracking system but have been unsuccessful. In particular, the number of the card that I was left never worked in the system. So, I decided to go to the Depot to which the parcel should have been sent (DOCKLANDS), but the personnel there do not have the parcel or a record of the parcel. They told me there is no record of my address having a programmed delivery (even when I visited them and brought the card with me!!). I tried to communicate by phone but the only response I have is from the automated response system. There is no customer service personnel in the phone. No one knows about my parcel. Up to date (and after visiting docklands depot), I have no idea of where my parcel is, and if is going to be delivered again, or if I will be able to recover it myself.

As mentioned the worst "delivery" company in the UK. They have the wrong address for my delivery but you are unable to correct it because they don't respond to messages and they only have an automated phone service where you can only rearrange the time. Totally infuriating!

Absolutely poor service. They lost my parcel. The driver said I have received the parcel. Tried to contact customers service many times so they can ask the stupid driver where he left my parcel, but unfortunaly customer survice were very unproffesional as well.

Wow, how appalling is this delivery company? One particular company I order my business supplies from use UK Mail for deliveries and these guys barely ever deliver on time. When you are a small and rely on your supplies to be delivered efficiently and in time, you cannot trust these guys. Multiple orders late week after week. It's appalling. They do not have a customer service you can speak to. Only an automated number that you can use to "track" your deliveries. This company needs a major overhaul.
