Had never visited the salon until yesterday, first impression on entering the door was that the salon was pleasing to the eye, well equipped and clean. Tia welcomed me upon arrival. Had booked hybrid lashes, Tia was very knowledgeable and was able to provide advice as to the best length to accommodate my own very short lashes… the treatment was very relaxing and enjoyable… I love the look that has been created.. would definitely recommend the salon to others and shall look at other treatments for the future… have already rebooked infills!! I've been going here for a few years, and the staff are always very welcoming and friendly. They have always been very accommodating when i have had to move appointments around. Always leave feeling happy and positive about the treatment I received

Pleasant staff, was able to book an appointment at a convenient time without having to wait too long. Salon was clean and cheerful.

Let down completely with no alternative options. No empathy for customers at all. Went to go see them to find a solution and they are already closed with in ten mins of the issue and disappeared so obviously they didn't want to do the treatment anyways and still decided to steal deposit. Website says they allow a 5-10 min grace period. I arrive with in that time and she's driving away.Service:&nbsp;Eyebrow beautification

Very easy to book online so no calls required. Saloon looks very nice and cleen; and lash lady Bee She was very welcoming, friendly and professional . The best thing anyway - the lashes!  Many thanks !

I recently finished a Classic Lash Extension course with UK Lash Studio and it was such an amazing experience - from start to finish.Kelly & Lib were so helpful and patient. I have done lash courses previously and this is the best one I've attended, the course material and the way the course is delivered means you  leave feeling like you have really learnt something. I'm now confident to start providing treatments to my own clients. I can't wait to come back to UK Lash Studio and do my Volume Lash Course. 10's across the board !!
