Have to confess to being a little nervous about these doors having read previous reviews, however, all doors / windows received on time and exactly as ordered, in fact the quality exceeded my expectations from the price. I'm based up in Cumbria and delivery was no problem. Have no hesitation recommending.

So I ordered French patio doors, they arrived within 10 days and where a perfect fit. Very pleased excellent value would recommend.i was nervous looking at the reviews but paid via PayPal would use again

I ordered some french doors in May 2011, Several months later they arrived. They were the wrong size, wrong opening, wrong handles. Due to the problems I'd already encountered with delivery, I decided to install them elsewhere, where I had a suitable size opening. It wasn't until they were fitted that I noticed the doors did not fit flush to the frame. This was the last straw. I attempted to get a refund on the basis that they were not fit for purpose. Ufit failed to respond to any of my messages leaving me no choice but to take them to court. I won the court case early last year. I am still waiting for my refund a year later despite submitting 3 warrants against them. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CRIMINALS WITH CCJs AGAINST THEM.

ordered a set of french doors in may , delivered finally in august with the wrong sized glass . still waiting for the glass (sept 25) . adam from ufit has ignored emails , ignored phone calls , blocked phone numbers , made empty promises and just outright lied from start to finish . if your looking for a company that will live up to its promises youve come to the wrong place . they could not be more helpful when taking your money and giving out the spiel , but when it comes to fulfilling their end of the deal once they have your money NO CHANCE . take my advice look elsewhere unless you fancy being messed around for 6 months .
