I just stopped in to finish my unit booking, and Emma at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful! She made sure I had the right size for my needs, and she even made some packing suggestions to save me money on a smaller unit. The facility itself is clean and well kept not sure what else to say about a storage facility, but it was really the friendly and thoughtful customer service that made me want to leave a review!
Usual UStore as every storage place around world l, mostly always there is parking in front, never to busy, we use it over a year now never had any problems with anything, if need storage place for personal or business use would recommend since it is accessible from city as is from M50.
Really good place to keep anything you can’t have at home. Good prices too. The cheapest around. Safe with alarms, they provide trolleys, bins and pretty much anything you need. Their staff are wonderful, always willing to help. Highly recommended
I used their pyrite package which was a good deal I think, very smooth throughout with good links to firms doing collection and return. Made the whole thing relatively straightforward.
I have been dealing with U Store for a number of years. I find them excellent to deal with. The staff are extremely helpful and go to great lengths to assist in any way possible. They are very professional at all times and deliver the service in a very friendly manner, making it very easy for the customer. The storage units are easy to access and are always pristine clean. I have been dealing with Karen & Emma for the last 9 months to use the unit as a commercial storage space and have found them excellent to deal with. The team are easily contactable, very obliging and helpful. They have gone out of there way to help me gain access outside normal trading hours and receive deliveries on my behalf which has been very much appreciated. The unit is very secure and in a great location. would highly recommend.
I am and have been delighted with the service I received from Karen & Emma in Charlestown U Store It . I have used the facility for over a year and recently removed the contents of my units. Everything stored came back in perfect condition without any musty or unpleasent odours. It was my first time using any facility like U Store It and both ladies made it very easy for me. No stress just an excellent service. I cannot recommend it highly enough. I did give a recommendation to a family member who used a different U Store It and they found the service to be of the highest quality also. We would use the company again without hesitation. Anna
Excellent service at U store it Charlestown.the staff really know there stuff! We were unsure about the size of the unit we needed, Emma’s experience helped us to chose the correct storage unit for our home content. The facility has great access, 24 hours if needed. It’s secure and easy reach from the M50. We have our home contents stored there for a number of months, everything is safe and it’s one less thing to worry about when moving house! Delighted we chose U store it Charlestown
