Brought my car in to have a set of wheels changed over, fitter didn't tighten wheel center caps adequately causing 2 of them to fall off. Completely ignored my emails and still yet to have any contact back.nReply to response Incorrect. Initially it was 1 cap that had fallen off and a 2nd had fallen off shortly after my first email was sent. Just checked my inbox aswell as the email thread and still have no response from yourselves see picture below as proof. Potentially could have been the caps fault however highly unlikely as the rest of the caps were only hand tight. Not an unhelpful reply, simply sharing my experience with your business

A top class service from Mark and the team in getting my wife's car sorted with some much needed wheels and tyres. From initial enquiry to fitting day was only 10 working days and the service was great. Very reasonably priced and would not hesitate in recommending them to others! Thanks again!
