Cant praise staff highly enough. Lynda was so nice to me when arranging my mums cremation. From start to the end everyone has been so nice.
From the start Richard and his team were professional, considerate and took the time to slowly guide us through the process. They also regularly checked in to provide ongoing support. On the day they were faultless and immaculately presented. This was also followed up with further after care. Would certainly recommend Richard and his team.

Can't fault the Team in North Shields. From the first contact they provided compassionate and professional care. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they took so much weight off our shoulders during the very difficult period following a bereavement. My two nieces have had to deal with the death of their mother Deborah Magin and have been guided with great care and compassion by Kieran who was professional and made this ordeal so much easier for them to cope with The funeral ran smoothly with dignity and the staff in office came in on a Sunday for my daughter who lives away to come and pay her respects Sharon Barker
