Can't thank the staff at Ty Ceirios for the love and care they showed for a member of our family whilst in their care. They loved and cared for her every need. She would say ' they are lovely here and I like this hotel' bless her. Once again we appreciate all you did for her. Take care and stay safe xx
Wonderful care home, very lovely and friendly people who run ty-ceirios home .They can't do enough for my mam would recommend to anyone. The care is excellent unfortunately my mam passed away in August but time she was there she loved it. Thanks to younAll! keep up the hard work you do!nJanet Harvey
SEVERE lack of communication between the staff AND to the family, which lead to me never seeing my dad alive again once he had gone into Ty Ceirios. ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES from start to finish. SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
Absolutely appalling care and shoddy service.nThey are quick enough to accept client then last minute with withdraw place. Unless you are fully fit and able don't go there, this place will let you down. I had to give a star to be able to post comment.
My mother stayed at this home for 3 weeks respite, unfortunately we found it very difficult to speak to any staff over the phone they would very rarely answer and when they did they were not particularly helpful.
