I'm giving one star because it's almost impossible to make an appointment. From memory the staff and doctors are good but isit so long since I've been able to get in to see one that I'm giving a one star. Sort your appointment booking out guys

If I could, I would give Zero stars. Very rude Senior receptionist and deputy Practice Manager. Made a formal complaint about howI was treated and responses were rude and basically blamed me. Clearly condone people should be treated differently. In 2018, I shuld not have to be dealing with such behaviour!!!

Always polite and efficient and that goes for every member of staff I have come across from reception to the GPs and also the pharmacy staff. I have never had any issues getting appointments either. I am not someone who regularly attends the docs but each time I have made an appointment and been I have always had a positive experience service wise.

We joined the Two Shires Medical practice around 18 months ago after moving to MH. One of us has life long health needs and the other, help as needs arise. It took us a short while to familiarise ourselves with the arrangements for making appts, and the possibility of attending at Fleckney or Kibworth. However, the reception team are incredibly patient and helpful, doing their utmost to make arrangements which are the easiest to access. In fact, throughout the whole team, including all the support staff, there is a unity of purpose and approach - to do the very best for each and every patient as time permits. The way help is delivered, has changed, because it has had to, everywhere. With the NHS strained to the limit, we the patients, need to play our part in making the best use of our appointments. A powerful way of doing this is by being prepared and asking ourselves what our concerns are:- What do we want to tell the Dr ? What do we want to know or to happen ? How do we move the problem forward ? A cure ? Sometimes something more realistic, something to manage? It seems to me that our Drs are wherever possible, offering us the tools to manage our health more ourselves, and we must take that responsibility. An example of this is the Dr giving the patient information about self referral to the Well-being service. This covers a whole range of issues from sleeplessness to panic attacks and much more. But again, the onus is on us, the patients, to act on what we learn. The Two Shires team are giving us an amazing service. We all need to play our part too, by arriving for our appts on time and ready to express our concern briefly and clearly. A huge thank you to them all. CJB. 24.01.18

Friendly staff, I use the online service to book appointments & order medication which I find very convenient. The doctors are efficient & reassuring I would recommend this surgery to others.
