Update: Seems like this place changed administration, or at least all the old "servers" were let go. They cleaned the whole front desk area, and the new servers are very polite and nice. They now charge what is expected, and per the menu prices. I am glad they improved the service and kept the same good food. This place is again one of our options in the area. Original: Good food in general, but terrible service. I pick up food here more often than I would like but only if I know I'll have the patience to deal with their bad service. Also, you get charged whatever the person who hands you your order feels like. Excuses go from, it's because of the taxes $5 on a $20 order, to we changed the prices from our menu but haven't had the chance to print new ones. It's been like this for years... make sure your order is complete before leaving.
i never make reviews on anything, but this time i guess i was the unlucky person to go eat there. there’s was legit nobody but me when they took my order, i waited 45 for just a meal and a drink, while everyone was getting their plate faster even tho they didn’t order over the phone priorly either, server must’ve forgot my order
I live in San Antonio. What I miss the most is having really awesome food on Sunday mornings when a wake up inconceivably hungover. I’ve never had Ecuadorian but I looked at some pictures and it was food I was familiar with. Sat down, I don’t speak Spanish but I have no shame in pointing to order. Got number 69. It was fantastic, came out incredibly fast and hot. I sorta expected the steak to be a little dry from previous experience but it wasn’t, cooked and seasoned very well. Wish I could bring this place back to texas.
The price and quality was good until we entered 2023 and raised all the prices but quality haven’t improved.
Was a chilly day and we were cold inside the restaurant. Food was great, fair price, staff was friendly and eager to give us what we asked for even though it wasn't their practice. When we return to that neck of the woods, we will definitely eat there. Features: All customers wore nasks until time to eat. Relatively small place. Clean environment. Hand sanitizer visible.
I think they one of the best restaurant. They food has a great taste and they also have a good price around. I being in a few restaurants and I like this one better. You want to enjoy a good food you then need to stop here and try your self and you will see.
They should be learn to make ecuadorian churrasco
The food was really good and authentic at this no-frills establishment; service was a little slow, but I understand considering that the staff was doing nonstop takeout orders in addition to serving their tables. I highly recommend the beef tongue tacos.
Every time we order from here the mess up the order, and at this point I feel like they do it on purpose. They give my wife a hard time who speaks fluent Spanish every time she picks up the food and when we call back to explain the order was not made correctly. Very rude and unprofessional. I am not sure how this place can stay in business. The portions are small and the food is made poorly.
The food very good the is the only no like, don't have taste sometime is very bad only lettuce the rest is good. 7/10
