Spoke to them ref a concern with me pet and as met with total contempt for something that they had mistreated my pet for, with not a jot of concern for the wellness for my animal. They seem fine when taking money but as soon as a issue arises they are disgraceful and disrespectful to loyal customers, spewing the same word over and over again thinking I would ultimately agree, that’s not how you deal with customers who trust you with there pets, I feel like I’ve been treat like trash, and if that’s how they treat me, no idea how they would treat our pets when they are in there care?? I had been using this Vets for more than 8years but no longer Money and profit over pet and customers care.
Sadly we lost our dog last week and I have nothing but appreciation for everything Two Counties have done for her since Dewi took over the practice way back when from Mr. Spittlehouse. His positive outlook on her health issues and treatments over the years kept her with us for almost 15 years, happy and enjoying life and we will always be thankful for his and his team’s care and help, never more so than when it came to saying goodbye to her. When the time is right for a new family member we won’t hesitate to be back.
It was the worst day of my life in a long time ,our dog had become so very ill. We made an appointment.. and the lady vet did all she could to save our sebastian. I was there till the end and the staff were caring understanding and allowed me to stay with my beloved dog . Although people got to these vets, I would recommend them because it was not about the money .. these guys really care
Professional, understanding, knowledgeable. I have over 40 years of dog and cat ownership and this the best vet I have ever had.

Yet again another veterinary surgery that has no space to see a dying dog that is in severe pain because the dog isn't registered with them is incredulous and unbelievable cruel. Yes it's all about money and not one iota of empathy that our pet happened to have a stroke and is not registered locally. DO NOT RELY ON THIS VETS IN AN EMERGENCY AS THEY DO NOT CARE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Super helpful and friendly, made me feel at ease when it's such a stressful time being there with a sick pet, been using them for years and very happy with the service I get.
Excellent ! I feel very relaxed when taking Charles here. and the staff are marvellous with him He can become very loud at times ? I had 2 before Charles Oscar and Della and they were here as well Thank you for all you do to keep our furry one's healthy and safe.
