Would recommend after my experience today: Fairly priced , however the animals were a tad expensive. The man who helped was very knowledgeable and was more than willing to help. Really friendly too. Thank you very much!

Love coming here to see the animals and pick up treats for my bird. There's a wide variety and the animals being sold here all look happy and healthy. Unfortunately a bit too pricey for purchase though!

I went to buy a reptile heat bulb. The employee handled it with bare hands at the counter,  to test it was working. Bulbs should not have skin oils transmitted onto them as it reduces their shelf life. The employee did not take on board my concerns because " he'd never heard of that before" . I felt he was rude. So I refused to buy the bulb.

Brought a new tank recently and had a very pleasant experience from Ollie & Sophie! Thankyou both for the information you gave us and spending time to tell us all about different tank set ups

Love going here, good variety of products for pets and wild animals. Interesting selection of birds, fish, reptiles and rabbits. Good prices, staff friendly and knowledgeable.

I bought a sailfin pleco from this shop a couple of weeks ago, the fish died and today I have noticed my yo-yo loaches scratching. My yo-yo loaches and cherry barbs have white spot! I have never had white spot in my tank before. Absolutely fuming that the pleco/water from Two By Two has infected my whole tank. Will not be buying from here again!

Please do not buy any animals from this shop. The enclosures for tarantulas are tiny and drowning in condensation which will kill slings and promote mould growth because there’s is almost no ventilation for them, Kept in lunch box tubs with little to no substrate. They have fossorial tarantulas in arboreal setups and fossorials with barely any substrate. Their snake enclosures are worse, animals priced at nearly £400 kept in tiny containers with a plant pot hide and lined with paper kitchen towels, that’s it. Frog enclosures dryer than the Sahara never seen a frog so dry in my life, poor thing. Clearly the person running the section has no idea or doesn’t care to meet the needs of all the animals in the store, not just the fluffy cute ones.  Extremely overpriced and the condition of these animals is shocking, does not even begin to meet their basic needs.  Very very sad, something needs to change.

Good choice of pet supplies. Staff could learn some manners and be happier . But other than that it's a good shop

I found what I needed to be more expensive then previous places I'd shopped around, couple of the fish were on deaths door but of all it was ok although I didnt purchase the item I went for.
