I visit my dad regularly and he is well looked after. they are a great bunch of girls who are always busy and just get on with it.nRoom is good and cleanliness good.nOverall though dad wants to go home he is the best place for his needs.

A warm and welcoming environment with kind, friendly staff.

I have just been informed by a member of staff who works for two acres care home that she has been asked to transfer to different units in this care home, which I personally think is disgusting due to this global pandemic we are all currently going through! So for her own safety and all the patients in the home she was told to stay in a single unit by a trainer, however members of staff named Peter and Pam told her to transfer between these units which she was very unsure about and didn’t want to proceed but they made her anyway... she was then yelled at by another member of staff Mrs.Kalaria saying she was in the wrong and shouldn’t have gone between the wards when she told her she was told to they wouldn’t believe her and she was sent home, I found this very disgusting when I heard about this I will be taking this further and investigate why she was told to do this and then yelled at for doing it!!

Looked after our mum with love and care she spent time in lilly unit and iris unit all the staff were amazing

Staff have been amazing settling Mum into the home. Very caring and capable people work here and have made the transition from the Julian hospital really smooth.
