I would like to take this opportunity to say, I would highly recommend Sarah Archibald who is a managing associate solicitor & mediator - family law department of TWM solicitors.  Sarah in my opinion, is an expert in Family law and guided me from start to finish throughout my divorce meeting every deadline well within any time constraints. Sarah is very friendly, and easy to talk to, whilst being sensitive / caring with regard to divorce being an emotional challenge for some of us. The level of service from Sarah remained at100%  throughout, even working on documents to meet deadlines beyond 10 o'clock at night, her dedication / efficiency / professionalism is second to none....!!!!!! By virtue of luck, I found the best solicitor, who fought my case robustly and achieved an amazing out come for me.

Although I don’t often leave any reviews and do not answer surveys, I felt it appropriate on this occasion. My Wife’s family have used TWM Solicitors, Epsom Branch, for over 25 years. On the second death of my Wife’s parents last year, we started working with Solicitor David Lunn. David is highly professional and approachable. He is sensitive and reassuring, which is helpful at a time of grieving. David provided clear explanations as to the steps involved and the associated costs. David is always accessible and returned calls and emails promptly. David is backed up and supported by another highly professional and approachable team member, Claire Rossi. Overall my Wife and I are extremely happy with the service we received. We have, as a result of the excellent work  done on my Wife’s parents wills and Probate, also had David write our own wills. So we have no hesitation in recommending TWM.

Our recent experience here has far exceeded our expectations. They provide the most highly professional and competent service.  They have been proactive, providing regular updates, exhibiting patience and kindness. We could not recommend them more highly. Mr David Lunn is an asset to this outstanding firm.

Having escaped a marriage of domestic abuse and coercive control, I was in a very dark place and very fragile.  TWM guided me through the whole process, from child arrangement, financial agreements and the divorce itself.  At all stages, they guided me, advised me and supported me.  Having come out the other side of this very difficult time, I am very grateful for their support and advice and guiding me through all the various legal issues I faced.  So many of my friends and family have commented on how lucky I was to have such a good solicitor who was very balanced and objective and made sure I did the right thing for my children and for me.

I called in out of desperation to get legal advice about my family issues. Ms Lora Clark who was recommended to me by her colleague from another firm was very compassionate and empathetic towards my issues and advised me accordingly. I am writing this review on behalf of my 90 year old mum who decided leading up to Christmas that she needed to update her will and wanted it done before Christmas.  I made contact with TWM on my mums behalf and they were able to make an appointment the next day with David Lunn.  The reception were polite and helpful and David was professional and extremely helpful advising me that the only way this could be done was to leave out the postal system.  David Lunn was super efficient and with me running around as postman the whole process was completed in 3 days.  Amazing customer service and a happy Mum too. I live in Epsom and needed to make a new Will.Google provided cointact details for local firms. I decided to approach TWM and was delighted to discover David Lunn had joined them. David Lunn  had previously advised me with the preparation of a Will in 2007 and also dealt with the probate when my partner died in 2009,.when he worked for a legal practice in Sutton. Hello there, To anyone who may end up in the predicament I found myself and my family in end of last year when my Father sadly passed away whilst residing in France, the sheer amount of documents that not only needed counter signatures but help in trying to understand.
