Generally stock what you want but the rudeness of some of the members of staff is incredible. There is one older lady who is absolutely disgusting as a human being. Shame really as the younger members of staff are really nice.

I found the shop old fashioned and unwelcoming. Training on Customer Care and general attitude would go a long way to getting more stars from me. There are newer shops offering similar products that definitely offer great customer experiences.

Everything you need to make any cake. Most staff are very helpful and will give advice. Prices competitive but not the cheapest for some items but you can get all your requirements in one place. My first choice.

The staff are rude and have no ingenuity in dealing with clients

Awful customer service. Went here to buy a wedding cake but there is no way I'm giving them my custom. Staff are so unfriendly and unapproachable.
