Absolutely ghastly. We ordered at 1:57pm and the pizza arrived at 3:20pm. We ordered chicken and got pepperoni and the veg hot had 4 jalapeños only red onions! I called 3 times to find out here when our order will arrive, each time I was told in 5 minutes, not once did they apologise. Customer service was very poor.
If god was a pizza it’s this pizza, and I’ve had covid 19 and I can taste the difference. I’m not even joking guys this is the best pizza I’ve had in the Finsbury Park area. Go here, I’ll admit it’s sometimes slow but it’s worth the wait every time.
Food was average, garlic bread was very cheap quality & chips seemed overcooked brown & hard
Would give 0 stars if possible. Cancelled my order on Just Eat after taking my money. I expect a full refund. This isn't the first time it has happened and you are almost guaranteed to lose customers if this is repetitive. Every time I have tried to order from them, this happens. Never used to happen under the old management. You need to get your business in order!
Just had our order arrive at the door....after an hour and 20 mins. We called 40 mins earlier to be told that "Sorry, it's raining" as if that's an excuse for not delivering a pizza within a reasonable timeframe. I mean really, were they growing the trees to cut down and process into a cardboard box? If you too like to spend your evening staring at the walls contemplating your life choices whilst you wait for pizza, this is the place to go!
The pizza is good but they always lie about the delivery time. They put 10minutes in Deliveroo on purpose, but they never deliver before 1 hour. BE READY TO WAIT! :

I ordered a pizza, they made pay for it. They cancelled the order without paying me back. Scammers do not order.
I ordered lamb and chips no pitta bread no salad was included and the garlic sauce was MINT sauce at least the ice cream was good
