Trains always delayed, cancelled, or otherwise amended at short notice.nI pay good money to use this service, and it's genuinely a gamble as to whether you will actually get what you pay for. If I could avoid SWR for the rest of my life, I would be so happy! It's honestly the WORST service I have ever had the misfortune of having to use!
Toilets get locked usually 1 hour before the advertised closing time, including the accessible toilet. I understand that you don't want people sleeping in them or whatever, but closing the toilets at 6pm when there are no toilets in the train as well, and that is when most people get home, or later is, to put it mildly, not smart.
