Great place, ruined by their refusal to accept CASH national venue that won't accept the King's money.
Toilets get locked usually 1 hour before the advertised closing time, including the accessible toilet. I understand that you don't want people sleeping in them or whatever, but closing the toilets at 6pm when there are no toilets in the train as well, and that is when most people get home, or later is, to put it mildly, not smart.
Despite near arctic conditions and train delays, there were no waiting rooms. The platforms seem designed to offer as listen comfort or shelter as possible.
