Ordered some gloves and muc off spray, long story short... Gloves turned out to be not in stock, I was informed of this weeks after ordering. I was then told if I didn't reply to the email I would receive a refund, so I didn't reply. I ordered the gloves and spray elsewhere. Then a week later I received an email stating I would be getting a refund (great) Then a day later I received the spray in the post, it was around £6 (wasn't really bothered, I'll just have 2 cans of spray) but, they decided to charge me for next day delivery so the muc off can came to a total of nearly £14!!! Jesus. I boxed the spray back up and popped them a quick email, spoke to a person called Keeley who was very understanding and told me they would refund me for the full order but due to inconveniences to keep the spray (awesome customer service I'll shop here again without a doubt) Then over a week later and another email to someone who didn't really care I still haven't had the refund (I got the refund for the gloves though) It would be great if Keeley can get back to me on the matter and sort it out. Until then, it's a 1* from me. *UPDATE*, a little late but I've been told my refund is on its way. Faith could be restored, hopefully with my next order.

I made a mistake of ordering the same bike twice, which Tweeks rectified before any money was taken. I ordered the bike on a Tuesday morning and it arrived on the Thursday morning. Bike was properly packaged in protective foam. Super speedy delivery.

Shocking service - order placed 3 weeks ago - the goods showing as available. My order is still outstanding despite being assured it would be supplied a week ago. Very poor!

Purchased a wheelset at the start of the week, to build my bike up for a race at the weekend. Tweeks sent me the wrong wheelset (boost), then expected me to further inconvenience myself, by returning the item off my own back, with them expecting me to wait until they receive the item, to then send me what I had actually ordered. I requested that they send the correct wheelset out, and collect the wrong item at the point of delivery, to which they refused. I have asked them to collect the incorrect item, and refund my money. I will buy elsewhere. The whole situation means I now miss out on my race (which cost me money!) Never used Tweeks before, and doubt I will again.

Purchased a bike and peddles. The bike arrived well packaged and the bike itself is superb. The issue however is with a very slow turn around time from ordering to delivery and inaccurate customer services information about the build date. It arrived on working day 9 which in this day in age is ridiculous.
