First time I went I hated it cause ov an awkward person.. but since delivering frequently and getting to know ABS ,CASPER and DALE the professional down to earth fork lift drivers it's a pleasurable place to deliver to.sometimes u have to queue but it is wat it is and sometimes u have to turn around in a tight space .. easy to find
I'm leaving a positive review because several people walked past me and left me stood waiting in the reception area, however one woman who can only be described as a goddess! Helped me in the right direction to collect what I had come for, thankyou to that lady.
Worst place I've ever delivered to.. Angie is obnoxious and unprofessional... left here so frustrated due to this ladies poor attitude and lack of knowledge... grrrrrr a re-train in customer relations is a must ...
Everytime i go there to deliver something everytime i need to wait 30+ mins for forklift driver to come and take ONE NOT FULL WAGON pallet off
Going to do collections of over 100 items you have to go into the building and the boxes are all over the place and i have to pallet them up myself then load them into the van, told the eastern european girl to put the stuff on pallets as its just as easy as putting them all on various shelves but no. Pure laziness on her part
