TVP have been really helpful in allowing me to store and ship my clients goods from their warehouse. I have had issues in the past with fulfilment centres either not getting orders out on time or wrong goods being sent. The feedback from my clients has been positive in both respects and they are very communicative when I need them.
We have been using TVP for three months now. After a couple of hiccups which were resolved in a reasonable time frame and to be expected everything has been running very smoothly and we have had no issues. Big improvement on our last company who did our fulfilment.
We gave them the opportunity to manage our company's orders for 1 year, it was a monthly mess in terms of their invoicing, no thorough checks, slack goods management and very frustrating people management too. The complete lack of attention to details and an extremely & not justified high exit invoice made us highly disappointed in their services.
