Cracking staff and decent food. Bottomless brunch and BOGOF cocktails if you fancy bending the elbow a little. One person in our party wasn't happy that the "goat" seemed to be lamb, but everyone else was very happy. Standout for this spot is the staff. They actually seem genuinely engaged and want to make sure folk are happy. A stunning restaurant with a super cool vibe and first-class service. My partner and I were in a bit of a rush as we had a train to catch right after. Lovely Betta took our order while guiding us to the table, then served both dishes within 5 minutes of us sitting down! You can't get any bettea than Betta!! Both my partner and I are vegan, and we absolutely loved the Vegan Jerk 'Chicken' - even had to ask for the recipe for the jerk gravy. Also thrilled to hear that there's a Turtle Bay in Glasgow - will definitely check that out!"
Myself and 4 friends came to our first ever bottomless brunch, with that being at Turtle Bay. We were not disappointed to say the least! Our first drink was on our tables within a minute and had countless drinks across our 2 hour slot… from what I can remember at least! Ellie, our host, was amazing. As soon as we finished a drink she was straight back over to us to get the next order of drinks ready. Fantastic service and with a smile. Would definitely recommend to all!
Food was a bit too spicy for my liking, but otherwise tasty. The ambience music, furniture was really good and our server Betta was very welcoming and answered all of our questions. I would definitely come back.Food: 4/5
Brilliant food and service received by Solihull Turtle Bay. Had the set Christmas menu and wow it did not disappoint. Lots of choice and a fantastic value including a free cocktail. Food was outstanding, so tasty and arrived quickly. One of our party had an issue with their meal but this was resolved quickly and without fuss. The thing that made our experience here the best though was our server, Betta. From the moment we sat down she was attentive, knowledge about the menu and had great energy. She was so vibrant , friendly and passionate, we all loved her. An absolute asset to Turtle Bay, this lady deserves a massive bonus. She has such character and charm , and made our Christmas meal out memorable for all the right reasons. Thank you so much!
Bella, Grace & Nataly were absolute superstars and they made the food which was amazing almost seem like an afterthought compared to how wonderful our evening was! Thank you so much, you three were awesome and are a credit to the company! I cannot recommend that you should come here highly enough.
