Pretty good caribbean food. The chicken was tasteful, well cooked, and slightly spicy. The fries were good, squid and prawns were excellent. I think we enjoyed the squid the most. Service is excellent, really nice and gives recommendations in the area too. Bathrooms are pretty clean.
Had the bottomless brunch for a birthday celebration with my sister - Jack and Jess made us feel incredibly welcome and provided brilliant service. Food was well flavoured, promptly served and hot and the cocktails were to die for. Asking both about their recommendations for cocktails showed their passion and knowledge for the menu. Jack even offered a free runner shot for my birthday which was incredibly kind! Would absolutely return and the team should applaud themselves for the service they provided.
Having already experienced an amazing Bottomless Brunch in the Bournemouth branch, expectations where running high. Unfortunately not a great as previously mentioned. Staff meeting being held in the restaurant is never going to go down well with customers, regardless of the number of customers actually present. This resulted in us having to go to the bar to order our drinks, which ate into bottomless drink time, a ploy?! Once we got the attention of out waitress, service improved and the drink flowed. Food was excellent, although we opted to upgrade our food choices, as the included food is a bit limited. Cocktails where fantastic and reasonably sized. Will we go back? Maybe.
My first ever time at Turtle Bay, wow, what an experience, I felt like I was on holiday, so colourful, lovely atmosphere and we had a fabulous person taking care of our table, my wife had told me about her previous visit and she was right about the cracking atmosphere. Can't wait to go again.
The atmosphere is like being in Caribbean restaurant. The service polite and really quick. Liked the bottomless brunch. Lots of cocktails to choose from that were coming just on time. Great place for reunions and girly parties.Food: 4/5

Ordered the Curry Goat for collection. Ready in only 10 minutes. The meat was very tender. The Curry was not too spicy. Would recommend trying the Curry Goat.Food: 5/5
This was our first time coming here, and it didn't disappoint! 2 for £12 on cocktails but you must have the same one and you can't mix. The food was great and you got a feel for Caribbean cuisine. The waitress who served us was brilliant although never got her name. Everything was just great and will certainly come back again.Food: 5/5

My second time at bottomless brunch and the first time in Cheltenham. We were brought welcome drinks which was a new experience. Our server: Naomi was so lovely and was able to recommend many drinks including her personal favourites [WHICH YOU SHOULD AGREE WITH] The bartender, Amelia, was so quick with service and made the whole experience so lovely. Coming at 10am is for troopers but a good strategic move. Can highly recommend the Kingston grill for actual breakfast. Food 10/10 Drinks 10/10 Choice 10/10 Value for money 10/10
