Love the decor, cosy lighting and ambience. Staff were very friendly and service was super quick. Food was also cooked well, only criticism was the portion sizes were a tad small.
I do love Turtle Bay. I have nothing bad to say about it. I love their food, their decor, their bathrooms, their checkout and their staff. The best Jamaican cuisine I've had by far, and definitely the best place in Norwich to eat out in my humble opinion.
Great food - try the goat curry it was excellent loads of flavour and the meat was tender. Service was good drinks a little slow. Easy access clean tidy and a nice vibrant atmosphere. Definitely recommend and will be returning
Not really of my liking, simply because I don’t really like my main or starter to be sweet rather than savory.. but my husband like their food. : the squid was alright though and I would request them to have the sauce serve separately in future :
Lovely comforting food and efficient service.server did not check we had checked in. Would have preferred serving staff wearing masks instead of only visors, as they stood over table and took orders. No distancing. Not a particularly comfortable experience.
Still enjoying a fabulous evening and huge meal. Lovely venue, great service great job Wolfie good authentic food and generous portions, extensive menu plenty of veg/vegan options, and 2 for 1 cocktails.....this is a great choice for a night out. Highly recommended.
