Venessa took care of us on our visit. She was friendly, polite and gave very good customer service. Our food was amazing and had a lot of spice! Vanessa opted us to order from the sundown cocktails and they was unbelievably strong but well worth it. We look forward to our next visit. The music was good it made the vibe. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to attend with a wheel chair and available toilet cubicle.
Drinks only is what I'd recommend. The price for the quality of food and lack of service is not worth it. The food was good although it didn't have as much flavour as it could have done and not as many spices as you'd expect from Caribbean food. The servers were polite although the attention was massively lacking . The waitress who we had at the end was excellent and almost made up for the lack of service prior and was understanding when we asked to take the service charge off the bill. We had drinks, starters, mains, and pudding which we'd normally expect to take 90 minutes but this took three hours. The speed of the bartenders was impressive and they had our cocktails and other drinks out within a matter of minutes and these were done well. I know Turtle Bay's bartenders are top notch so no surprises that this had no complaints from us. As for clearing our table and taking next orders when we were done, there was much to be desired as it took up to half an hour several times. We also thought they had lost our orders for our mains as this took a long time and it was only when they came over apologising and agreed to give us a 20% discount due to the delay with getting us our food that we knew what was going on. After we finished our main meals, we did need to go up and ask for puddings as our table hadn't been waited on and we had all of the dishes still there. The first waitress we had seemed to finish her shift but not hand us over which may have caused such a delay to us being waited on next. On the receipt it says served by Vanessa who may have been the first waitress who opened the tab although I'm not sure if this would have been the final waitress. The quality of most of the food wasn't worth it especially with the added lack of service by the staff. Four of the eight of us had curries and they weren't bad but not noteworthy. I highly doubt I'll be here again. As is likely as clear as day, the main let down was how inattentive the waiting staff were for the majority of the night. This may have been a one off so the service could be good especially if you had the waitress we had at the end then could have been great. The discount and lack of service charge did make the food more reasonably priced although at full price the amount of flavour in the food wouldn't make us come back again. The only thing really saving this review from being lower is the politeness of all staff especially the friendliness and understanding of the last waitress we had. You need more with her attitude. The decorations and vibe in the restaurant were great apart from the fact that the music was somewhat inappropriate at times so maybe rethink the playlist. There was a song by Cardi B which they skipped earlier on but later songs played which were equally as inappropriate. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian dishes were clearly labeled and there was a wide selection although I wouldn't recommend the Vegan Breast which my friend had as they didn't like the taste and when I tried it there frankly wasn't any describable taste at all.
Lily was amazing. Really professional and attentive. She was so warm and welcoming. The bar was really busy but she was aware of when we needed a top-up for bottomless brunch. Amazing! Bottomless Brunch to celebrate my 49th Birthday. Alisha was fantastic even though it was clearly busy. Always making sure we were topped up and just a real credit to the venue. Thank you for helping us to have such a fantastic afternoon! Food and cocktails also perfect as always!
Really great decor and happy hour is a plus. Alisha was our server and always came and checked in on us and gave recommendations for cocktails. The food was quick and really well made and good portion sizes. Defo will come backFood: 5/5

Our server name Sam gave us excellent service. As a Trinidadian, the Trini Doubles wasn't a proper representation of what we've known as an authentic doubles, however the curry goat was spot on and absolutely delicious. The roti wrap was a new experience, nothing compared to what is served in our twin Islands for many decades. General atmosphere was great and the music selection should include a more diverse selection of Caribbean music such as soca, calypso, steel pan and kaiso.
A wonderful evening with excellent food and the service was amazing. The atmosphere was fantastic, we would definitely come back again.Food: 5/5
